For this one-hour training, I started by creating a design document that outlined the content to help participants communicate more effectively. This Vyond animation video shows my versatile ability as an instructional designer who can create assets that support learning.
Responsibilities: I wrote a captivating script based on the client content, designed scenes in Vyond, and created the Vyond animation. I also added captions to help orient the viewer to each key point - making it easier to follow along.

This time management video showcases my skills in video production from start to finish.
Responsibilities: I wrote a concise and engaging script, sourced stock assets, added music and sound effects, designed smooth transitions and on-screen text, and handled all video editing, from splicing footage to finalizing the deliverable.

Curriculum Development
This 3rd grade writing curriculum starts with the yearlong scope & sequence, continues with daily lesson plans and worksheets, and includes supplemental practice resources. Resources are aligned to address all writing standards from Common Core. This curriculum emphasizes differentiation to meet the needs of all students.

Presentation Upgrade
A client came to me with a half-developed presentation for how legal professionals can use vulnerability to enhance their careers and well-being. I redesigned this training to focus on actionable objectives that legal professionals could put into practice—not theory.
I introduced meaningful activities, such as a MEPS (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) check-in for individuals and teams to put vulnerability into practice. I also integrated decision-making flowcharts to guide appropriate vulnerability and emphasized strong performance by showing how to balance vulnerability with clear boundaries and solution-focused strategies.
I ended with a quick-win poll to drive immediate application.
My work on this presentation took it from theoretical to practical, engaging, and results-driven.
